The iStudent Complaints office will be closed from Friday 25 December 2020 to Monday 4 January 2021. iStudent Complaints will re-open as normal at 8am on Tuesday 5 January 2021.
If you would like to make a complaint about your education provider during this time, you can use the Online Complaint Form. You can also get in touch by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org across this period.

Generally, New Zealand’s school holidays run from 14 December until 8 February.
Most Education Providers will be closed for a period during this time. Some Education Providers will re-open earlier, whilst others will re-open later.
This means that iStudent Complaints may not be able to progress any new complaints from students until their Education Provider has reopened in January or February.
