Please note
Generally, New Zealand school holidays run from mid-December until early February.
Most Education Providers will be closed for a period during this time. Some Education Providers will re-open earlier, whilst others will re-open later.
This means that we may not be able to progress any new complaints from students until their Education Provider has reopened in January or February.
